Rabi is taking on his own attack. Linali watches in horror as Allen screams for him. It's his intention to burn both his dark side and the Noahs together, but inside him, in his heart the fake Rabi looks down at the true fallen Rabi. He wonders what made him so different from all the other 48 incarnations of bookmen. He morphs into his child-like form from the past and screams that Rabi is stupid for deviating from his path and choosing the feeble humans to stand by. The real Rabi only stares at him from the corner of his eye. Rabi recalls in the beginning how easy it was to detach himself from people as he saw them create wars and argue amongst themselves. He thought himself different. Real Rabi asks the child version if he knows why humans don't change? The child begins to cry and wonders why he is basically asking himself that. Real Rabi says it's because it's what he's always wanted to know the answer to, both of them have, the only one who started to change was his dark side, the child, and because of that..he should be the one to disappear. Soon after he disappears.
Outside Linali hits her leg in frustration. Allen activates his Crown Clown and calls for his sword. Both the Hi-ban snake and the sword are heading towards him at top speed and as the attack begins to hit and burn him, he grabs his sword and slices through the attack, landing on Linali's cube, then launching quickly towards the engulfed Rabi. He screams he wont let Rabi die as he heads straight into the inferno, Linali is also screaming in desperation. Inside his heart, child Rabi hears Allen's calls and disappears. Rodo, still disguised as the fallen Allen, reminds herself that letting them go was, after all a promise if he won, and he did.
The Hi-ban is raging engulfing everything. Lero worries about Rodo as he pulls Tiki to safety. He watches as her charred body falls not far from him. Rodo's barrier vanishes and the cube breaks open. Linali rushes over to Allen and Rabi as the fire clears, only to reveal that Allen made it in time! He's holding Rabi, though they are both burned and gagging from the smoke. The two playfully argue though Rabi is glad he is alive. He figures Bookman will be angry that he intervened. Linali attacks Rabi with a punch..but the group can barely celebrate as they see Rodo's mangled form stand, laughing a short distance away. She calls out to Allen..then explodes into sand.

OMG NOOOOOOO! RODO!! She is my fave!!..I really hope she isn't dead. I hope the body that got charred was merely a stand in body of some sort! AAHHHHHHHHHH I almost cried when I saw her body explode like that..it can't be that the Noah's are falling so easily. Calling out to Allen before she went..damn it ..so sad! I am glad Allen and Rabi are safe though..I loved Allen's determination. I loved Rabi reconciling with himself. It shows how much he really does care for his comrades, despite his position. But I worry most for Rodo..and what will become of the unconscious Tiki. Once Rodo is gone..what will happen to the Ark?..only Cross can navigate it now..will he be appearing in the next chapter? How about the Earl..what is he up to through all this? What happened to the other exorcists, or Jasdebi and what is going on outside the ark this whole time. OMG it's killing me!

Rabi's Hi-ban is headed straight for Allen. Allen guards and attempts to deflect the attack by slicing through it. It doesn't work, the flaming serpent only divides in two and both sides pound on the exorcist. Allen realizes that his sword is useless against innocence, but he barely has a moment of thought before Rabi attacks the distracted boy. Even with Rabi bearing down on him, Allen refuses to change his weapon, he knows it will injure Rabi. He calls out to him again in an attempt to bring him around, but Rabi unflinchingly unleashes his heaven seal on Allen. Linali calls out to Rabi too, urging him to stop. Rodo tells her that her calls are useless because his heart has died. Rabi advances on the fallen Allen, but with a burst of strength, the beaten exorcist drives his sword straight through him..but he goes beyond Rabi's body and instead lunges the sword towards Rodo. Allen has figured that if she is controlling him, then he better do away with her! The sword hits it's target and she is stunned, falling over herself, the sword penetrating straight through her. But a strange laugh comes from her..she sits up and to Allen's surprise, she easily pulls the sword from her..unharmed. She reminds him that all attacks on her were useless in the rewinding town and that she cannot be hurt because no one knows what her true form is. The form before them is not real! Weaponless now, she thrusts his sword into the ground and the boy once again finds himself engulfed in Rabi's flames. Inside the torrent, Allen realizes that the flames are somehow not burning him, but the candles are melting all around them from the heat. Rabi realizes that he is not moving of his own accord..inside Rodo's dream world, the real Rabi is sitting up. Fake Rabi looks on only to see the real Rabi had actually stabbed himself in an effort to regain control over his heart, he knew if he let his heart die he would lose consciousness forever, so to keep himself alert he stabbed himself. He rises to his feet. Outside, Rabi's body is creating a seal under himself as he plans for the ultimate sacrifice, taking himself out of the equation. Though the Hi-ban is burning him, he wields it also towards Rodo who jumps out of the way in time, however it's only a diversion. A dagger suddenly sticks out from within her. The real Rabi that has been imprisoned inside her is stabbing through. He has figured out that the Allen illusion, sprawled on the floor in the dream Rodo created, is actually Rodo herself disguised! Of all the people she could have posed as in that space..she would have picked Allen to impersonate because of her fondness for him. Back in the real world, she is obviously stunned but she reminds him that his dream of being bookman is over. He agrees and with a painful smile, says goodbye.

OMFG!! Allen attacking Rodo..Rabi stabbing her and sacrificing himself in the process!? WTF!? Is the manga really coming to a close? All the Noah seem to be falling..the Exorcists are also being taken out one by one. First Kanda, then Crowley..now Rabi too? I am starting to think that in the end..only Linali will survive at this rate..just like in her vision. Still I am a little skeptical that this will all head in the direction it seems to be heading. What of Miranda and other exorcists outside the Ark? What about the person Kanda was searching for? What ever happened to Cloud 9 and her role in this story? What about Rabi's eye and the other Noahs we have yet to meet. How about Mana's true story and Cross's role? It can't be coming to an end now..it simply can't but man people are dropping like flies. I am a little restless to see what happens next aaaaaaarrrrrrg! Crap I don't want Rodo to die..she is my faaaaave! ;_;

Chapter 115

Allen's arm is disintegrating, but still he smiles, Tiki is a little confused. Suddenly the exorcist spits out blood. This worries Linali and she warns Allen that he mustn't let the Noah's power touch him because as a parasite type it not only harms his innocence but also his body! Allen smiles and tells Tiki that he has really underestimated the value of human beings, and that an exorcist's power does not merely come from innocence alone, but the human's will and heart to wield it. Allen's arm begins to transform and recover rather than break down. He strikes at Tiki with it and in an instant the Noah is seen ripped nearly in half. In reality Tiki was not harmed but in his mind, he felt at that instant the panic of near death. Using that moment, his psychotic demeanor returns and he starts to power up, saying that the only thing he learned from that was that ultimately he must kill Allen himself to stop his Innocence. Rodo notices that Tiki has snapped and whisks herself, Rabi and the cube a safe distance away from the incoming blast that eventually engulfs Allen. Linali doesn't understand what is going on and Rodo simply tells her that Tiki has chosen to "reject" the atmosphere around Allen and is essentially creating a vacuum that will destroy Allen's body. Tiki is taking pride in killing Allen slowly, with Rodo silently questioning if Allen will survive.

Tiki meanders over to the trapped Allen, as he is allowed to tread wherever he sees fit. He tells him to give up his fight. Allen is trying to move his arm but can't and soon passes out. Linali, seeing what's happening, desperately tries to kick through the cube even in her injured state. Allen somehow comes to with his sheer will to live and calls upon his innocence to reactivate, but before he can charge up his arm, Tiki stops him with a hand through his chest. Though Tiki is holding Allen's heart in his hand, Allen will not back down and the power he calls on is so strong that back at the Black Order HQ Hebraska is doubled over in pain saying that someone is synchronizing over 100% and reaching the critical point. According to Komui, the critical point determines who the next general will be. Meanwhile Allen's power is growing and he says the two arms he designated, one for humans the other for akumas, are actually one and his parasite arm turns into a very familiar sword!

Chapter 117

With his sword, Allen wields an attack straight through the vacuum. Tiki is blasted back as the vacuum explodes. Surprised Rodo asks if everything is alright but Tiki fears he has awakened something dangerous. Allen emerges ready for battle. A strange chill of fear runs through Rodo as she recognizes the sword that Allen is holding and a quick picture of the Earl comes to her mind that she shakes away. Linali also holds her head as she feels the immense power coming from Allen and it also fills her with dread and confusion. Tiki anticipates Allens incoming attack and readies a shield but Allen easily cuts through it. Tiki sees the blade cutting through him too and the others are astounded at the scene as he falls to his knees, but the blade has not cut his flesh! Instead Allen tells him that the target was not him..rather the Noah inside him. Almost suddenly, Tiki screams as the sacred crosses that mark a Noah appear around him. A horrified Rodo realizes that Allen's sword is the polar opposite of the Earls and it has the power to exorcise the Noahs!

Chapter 118

The evolution of Allen's Crown Clown is the sword that exorcises evil, the pierrot that brings down the Akumas and purifies the Noahs. Rodo notices this, and Tiki's defiance, even though the Noah has left him, worries her. She jumps down to his aid but Tiki stops her. Allen tells Tiki to stand down, but he simply refuses; forcing Allen to run him through. Tiki apologizes to Rodo as he falls back, grabbing at Allen's face before he finally loses consciousness and the exorcist retreats his sword. The marks on his forehead disappear. Linali is astounded and Chaoji celebrates, but it is short lived as candles suddenly stab him in the back. Allen makes as if to move but Rodo tells him to freeze or she will stab them all. Candles surround all the captives as Rodo kneels to Tiki's side, holding him in her arms. She tells Allen that the feelings he has towards his comrades is the same she has for her family and though she likes him, she warns him that she is not herself and is capable of anything at the moment if he even thinks of taking a step. In fact her aim is to take her vengeance out on Rabi as she holds his heart within her space still. Meanwhile..Rabi hears the horde of corpses calling to him from within his own heart!

Chapter 119

Allen stands helpless and infuriated but Rodo reminds him about the pain he felt the first time she stabbed his eye, so if he moves she will do the same to his companions. She tells him to just stand and watch her break Rabi down. Meanwhile in Rabi's heart he is told by Bookman that the corpses surrounding him are merely illusions described as humans in the history they write. Bookman wonders if Rabi's heart cares at all when he writes about those "humans" with his ink. He reminds Rabi of a Bookman's duty and that no matter what happens around them in the end they live on, impartial and uncaring. The Linali in his arms springs a dagger and tries to attack him with it, saying that his comrades are more than just ink on paper. The horde descends on him and he tries to tell himself that they are just illusions as Bookman encourages him to fight them off without restraint. But as he fights them, memories of the first time he arrived to the Order flood into his head. It was during a funeral and he looks on from a terrace. He estimates about 100 coffins and below he sees a hysterical Linali mourning a fallen comrade. Later in another scene, he tells himself that he will just do his best to fit in as an exorcist, as the other members are busy making a big fuss about his integration into the team, all the while he thinks about how all of them will probably never be included into history, as always. Then he remembers that after the years spent with them he begins to forget whether the Rabi he portrays is real or not. The current Rabi can't stand these memories and he yearns to stop them. Before him a vision of Allen walks up to him holding the playing card Rabi had saved to return to him. The fake Rabi appears and smashes Allen's face, reminding him that he is just a bunch of ink afterall..and that Rabi will fail as a bookman if he begins to forget that and care. But the real Rabi is horrified at the sight of the fallen Allen illusion and he lets his guard down, allowing Kanda and Linali to pierce him through suddenly, while the fallen Allen calls out to him, telling him he is no longer a Bookman.

Chapter 120

Rabi has been pierced by the illusions of his comrades. The fake Rabi tells him that he has failed as a bookman but not to fear because soon he will take over that role and suceed in his stead. Rabi falls. Back in the real world Rabi's hand twitches. A voice tells him that he is free and he opens his eyes to reveal a strange makr under his eye. He steps out from his cube, dropping his hammer, and comes up behind Allen. Rodo tells Allen that Rabi's heart has died and if he wants to save Linali and Chaoji..he has to kill the new Rabi. Before Allen can get any elaboration, Rabi attacks him, sending him flying. Rabi stomps on him hard, but Allen figures he has been posessed by something. He runs him through with his sword expecting to exorcise whatever is inside him. Rodo laughs saying that he is not possessed, he just had a change of heart and that the only way to stop him is by changing his weapon and strike him down. He has to do it quick too or else she might just have to kill his friends instead. Rabi pins Allen against a wall and the younger exorcist tries to remind Rabi that Crowley had left the task of protecting the others to them, that his actions were hurting Linali, the one who cared about them most. Instead, Rabi punches into him saying simply he is not his comrade. Rodo is excited and tells Allen the sad truth about a Bookman's impartial existence, and that the Rabi he sees before him is the true Rabi..his true feelings. Meanwhile Rabi snatches up his hammer and unleashes his Hi-ban right at Allen!

Opinion time!
Woah, this whole showdown with the Noahs is largely my favorite part of this series. Not only are they formidable but it's really challenging the exorcists on so many levels. Tiki's sadistic nature is eye opening cause he comes across as suave and definitely more restrained than the twins, but when he gets mad..holy crap! This cute thing Rodo has for Allen..omg otp, I had wished for it since way back in volume 3..har har. Her power is kinda scary, I figured she wouldn't attack people directly..her torture of Rabi seems a bit much considering he never did anything to her at all. I never figured Rabi for being as weak minded as he is portrayed to be, but I knew this was coming from way back when Bookman said they were only on the Exorcist's side by chance. I kinda wish Rabi's personality wasn't just a facade the whole time. It seems from his reaction to what happens to Allen in his heart..he really cares for the whole group. I love Hoshino's violent fodder..it's so much fun the way she sets everyone up against each other. I wonder about Tiki, he isn't dead is he? I know the Noah inside him is..but how does that relate to him..will he be like in a coma-like state from now on? Rodo seems very worried and vengeful about his condition. I can't wait to see what happens next, likening Allen to the Earl as polar opposites is kinda scaring me right now..the fact his sword is just like the Earl's..I dunno it seems that there is so much more to their correlation.

Summary

Tiki is powering up his hand, his eyes darkening with malice as Allen stands anticipating the attack. In his mind he remembers the words Komui told him about how innocence and the Noah's power are both equal and weak to each other. The last time his innocence was disintegrated he was told, "you can't lose your innocence, ever again." But as Tiki lunges for him, Allen decides he wont run away. They crash into each other, Allen holding Tiki's attack back, Tiki trying confidently to smash Allen's innocence. Allen is knocked back hard against the cube Linali and Chaoji are in. Tiki is a little impressed that the first round didn't do it, however Allen's arm is slowly cracking. Rodo pipes up a little protest, but Tiki is not having it. Meanwhile in Rodo's world, Rabi is hallucinating that he is on a boat with non other than Bookman, back to the time when he first found out he would be an exorcist, recording for the Black order. Rabi suddenly realizes that his heart is leading him into these different times and places. He decides he is not staying, but the "other" Rabi shows up and basically tells him that because Rabi is a bookman, he really has nowhere to return to, no "home", that whoever he lets into his heart is really just a bystander. Rabi agrees until he sees a coffin floating by with a dead Linali in it. He jumps out of the boat and plucks her from her coffin, only to realize, to his horror, that he is swimming in a sea of coffins, to which the fake Rabi reminds him...that she is just one of many so far. Back at the fight, Allen shifts to face Tiki again saying he has not yet been broken.

Summary

Rabi finds himself in a vast, nearly empty room with a chess-like floor. Before him appears a doll-like version of Rodo that taunts him playfully. Confident he is in another dimension he asks her to fight. She says she will not be the one fighting him. His opponent is non other than Rabi himself. Behind him a version of himself appears. Rabi attacks the clone but quickly learns that his innocence is not working at all. His double tells him that innocence will not work because in this space, the only thing he has is what's in his heart. Road quickly explains that besides the ability to move space, she possesses Noah's dreams, which means she can merge the real world and "her" world together, resulting in the space Rabi finds himself in. Outside the "room" we discover Linali and Chaoji shouting through their cube at Rabi who is on his knees unconscious or in a hypnotized state. Back inside Rabi's head, Rodo can't wait to draw first blood. Meanwhile, Allen and Tiki continue their fight. Tiki has the advantage of walking on air but Allen holds him in place with his Crowned Clown belt. Tiki unleashes a torrent of Tease which gear up to blast at Allen, but Allen protects himself with his cape, swiping at them all, as he wraps himself up under it's armor. Tiki is very excited now and decides that he will finish off Allen this time, with the very same hand he attempted with the last time.

Chapter 97

Kanda's sword is disintegrating but he vows to protect the way out. Skin sends a huge blast his way, his anger towards the innocence fueling his power. Above him a strange form is seen taking hold of Skin. It's the last thing Kanda sees before his sword fully disintegrates; but skin is also at his limit and he too suffers, his body torn almost to shreds. Thinking he has won though he fails to see Kanda lay his last trap. Mugen is reconnecting itself using Kanda's waning life and he uses this moment to slash at Skin with the last of his strength. Split completely in half Skin is still confident in that Noah are immortal..until he explodes. Kanda remains victorious but the area around him is destroyed and the exit crumbles behind him. Outside Miranda can feel that somebody's life has just vanished.

Chapter 98

Rodo looks sadly at a piece of candy and bids Skin farewell. Tiki asks if Skin died but she says both her and his opponent did as she felt no one take her exit. Oddly enough, to their surprise both, Tiki and Rodo notice tears pouring from their eyes. Jasdero and Devit crash through the door..they too are experiencing the tears much to their dismay. Rodo tells them what happened to Skin and reveals that each Noah member possesses one of Noah's memories. Skin's was the strongest "Wrath", Jasdebi has "Bond", Tiki "Pleasure" and Rodo "Dream". Rodo complains that Skin was lead too easily astray by his memory and that he reacted as a puppet. Tiki again reminds the twins that they have failed in catching Cross. Rodo notices a bill and says that Cross left it for Jasdebi to pay. They throw a tantrum but Rodo also notices Allen's name and smiles. Meanwhile the exorcists hear a loud noise, beneath them the floor crumbles but as they struggle Crowley drinks a bottle of blood he has in his coat and quickly whisks them all away from the danger. He is so fast that even Lero hangs on. They find themselves in a library where the twins are waiting. They introduce themselves and warn Allen that since Cross has been messing with them, they will mess with him. The attack begins and the twins, using their guns, unleash a "blue bomb" but Allen dispels them quickly. The Noah swear to take Allen hostage and lure out Cross.

Chapter 99

Allen shortly finds out that their Blue Bomb attack freezes everything. They attack with a red bomb and it unleashes a blaze of fire! Allen means to get out of the way, Rabi and Crowley intercept to protect him repelling the blast back towards the twins. Heading back towards the Noah they simply attack it with a white bomb and quickly nullify it. The exorcists start to make the connection that those were not ordinary guns but Lero says otherwise. They are regular revolvers and they don't even carry bullets. He then yells at the twins that they are not doing their job to get rid of Cross. They start shooting at him too and yell that they can't find him but that they are just killing time with Allen since they believe Cross is after the Ark. In the meantime they will force Allen to pay all the debts Cross left on them. Allen laughs at the twins and says that their debt is trivial compared to his. Angered, the twins attack again with a purple bomb but Allen is one step ahead of them and pushes past the attack only to find the twins have been replaced with dolls. Actually all the exorcists find a slick substance over their eyes. Jasdebi says they can't see their true form anymore. Linali notices that the floor is full of keys, hundreds of them..Allen is missing his.

The key is completely hidden from their eyes but the exorcists quickly figure out that the goo is deceiving them into thinking there are more keys than there are. Jasdebi taunt them and release a fire attack that hits poor chaoji, badly burning him. Allen releases his Clawed Crowns attempting to hit everything around him but he is suddenly incased in a green bomb, which is like a goo bubble, Rabi attempts to get him out of that bubble meanwhile Crowley asks for silence. Rabi gets Allen out and says he will find the key, since as a Bookman he has memorized every nook of the key and cannot be fooled by duplicates. He tells Rabi that as soon as the key is found, to take the others and leave. Jasdebi fire a blue bomb at him but Crowley quickly jumps in to intercept but he also warns Allen that he will not go easily, flinging him out of the way. He lands on the camouflaged Jasdebi, Crowley spins and locks onto them but misses. He says he can seek them out because he wants to bite them sooo bad. Meanwhile jasdero is whining that Crowley pulled his hair, Devit comforts him saying he will get him new hair. Crowley strikes at them and barely misses. The twins fire back in retaliation but they have positioned themselves close to Allen and Crowley tells him to take them down. Thought he can't see them, he has pinned them against a wall, but the twins are oddly quiet.

Chapter 101

Up on a pillar, Rabi unleashes his wooden seal swirling all the keys toward him. As they all pass by his one good eye he inspects them all. Devit notices that he is a bookman and the twins complain that his red hair reminds them of Cross. They throw a fit and while Crowley means to put an end to them they suddenly unleash a grotesque myriad of cadavers on Allen who freaks out and lets them go. Jasdebi calls them the manifestation of their "hate" and forming a large skull-like figure it quickly chomps on the exorcists. Linali makes to save them but falls unable to move. Jasdebi quickly seize her and intend to use her as a shield against Crowley. Allen bursts from the skull just as Jasdebi enclose her in a bubble. Allen lunges at them but they release an illusion in the form of the Earl, which attacks him with surprising strength. Lero reveals that that illusion is actually formed from Jasdebi's memory..in other words, their ability is materialization! All it takes is for them to think of the same thing at the same time and it appears.

Linali screams and shouts inside the bubble and the twins tell her to settle down or she'll be erased. She punches through the bubble rebuking them for toying with lives, lending her confidence to Allen, who is still battling the fake Earl. Crowley steps in again to help but the Earl attacks them both. Crowley says he will fend off the count while Allen saves Linali, meanwhile the twins taunt her saying her hope is useless. At that moment a great commotion is seen on the pillar. Rabi has found the key. The door opens and every illusion is sucked into it, including the fake Earl. The slime is wiped off the exorcists eyes, Allen and Crowley now freely attack the twins sending them flying. Allen runs to Linali's side but the broken twins proclaim that they are now very very serious.

Chapter 103

The twins emerge furious and ominous. Crowley is uneasy and tells Allen to quickly release Linali. Eerily, the twins recite a lullaby as they point their guns at each other...and shoot. As they fall, the shadows below them converge and the twins disintegrate. Rabi comes running towards them and tells them to get out of the way, a darkness is forming above them. Crowley is singled out and blasted powerfully, splattering on a far wall. Emerging from the smoke is a person. He says that Jasdero and Devit are actually one Noah named Jasdebi. In revenge Allen lunges for them but Jasdebi stops him in his tracks, an electric like shield circling him. They plan to turn him into a bomb, to blow the exit to shreds. Suddenly Crowley breaks through the barrier, releasing Allen and facing the Noah.

Chapter 104

Beaten and bloody, Crowley stands to face them. Jasdebi says he must be some kind of monster to survive that attack. Allen and Rabi move in to help him but Crowley says he is ok though when Allen removes his hand, it is covered in blood. Rabi asks how many bottles Crowley has left from chomesuke. He says 3. Rabi notices the door is still wide open but Jasdebi quickly puts the thought of escape out of their heads with a quick attack. It throws Allen back, Rabi runs for him but Jasdebi tries to stop him. Rabi responds with a fire seal. Even though it was a direct hit, Jasdebi still manages to punch Rabi straight through it! Glancing back at Crowley, the noah spears through him with his hair following with a powerful punch. They warn Crowley that they have just imagined their body as the strongest possible. Crowley lands with force. Allen and Rabi both try to attack him but they are effortlessly disposed of. Crowley yanks on the Noah's long hair pulling him back and holding him, yelling for everyone to leave. Jasdebi rages, shooting their spiny hair right through Crowley. The room begins to break up like the others. Allen offers to stay behind and fight but Crowley refuses saying he is too damaged to go on as it is and he needs Allen to protect the others. The exorcist watch on as Crowley struggles with Jasdebi, the memory of the fallen Kanda looming. Reluctantly they leave. Jasdebi frees himself of Crowley only to find the room empty. Determined he makes for the exit but just as a bottle hits the ground the newly revitalized Crowley stands in his way.

Chapter 105

In the darkness Linali fights against Allen screaming to return for Crowley. Allen yells at her telling her to have faith, that everyone will make it out alive. Rabi joins in and says they have to have faith in Crowley and be strong. In the other room, Jasdebi is inspecting the bottle and tastes the blood in it thinking it is human. In disgust he realizes it is akuma blood and is repulsed by the taste. Jasdebi mocks him, saying he must be a monster even among humans to be the way he is and for that reason his comrades left him, glad to be rid of him. Crowley reminds him that humans must also think Noahs are monsters too in that case. In a crazed frenzy Jasdebi attacks Crowley, smashing him on the ground. A large seal appears on top of Crowley, pinning him. Continuing the monster taunts, Jasdebi theorizes that the only way to kill a monster is to squish them before they can regenerate. He adds on the pressure until blood spatters all around the seal, the ground cracking under it's weight. Going back to the vampire theme he wonders if the appropriate thing would have been to drive a stake through his heart but he figures him dead anyway. He turns back towards the door but Crowley's voice is heard saying that he actually died a long time ago when he drank the blood of the woman he loved, the only one who could call him a vampire. Jasdebi doing so infuriates him. Kicking through the seal, a crazed Crowley emerges attacking Jasdebi. Jasdebi sees the exorcist's hands covered in blood and realizes that the blood has fortified them, discovering that his innocence must be in his blood itself, still baffled he notices the second bottle on the floor.

Chapter 106

Crowley curses at the thought that he only has one bottle remaining. Jasdebi has concluded that the akuma blood gives him strength. Crowley almost expresses guilt for killing children but Jasdebi replies confidently. The fight begins, each one beating the other to a pulp. Jasdebi inquires how much blood he has left. Pinning him up with is hair he reminds him that Akumas are made to kill humans and that Crowley is taking in such tainted blood, deriving strength from it. He says that innocence must be pure evil to feed on it in such a manner. Crowley easily rips through the hair, exciting Jasdebi who tries to spear him in return. Crowley breaks through each attempt, crushing the hair with his hands. Jasdebi breaks off giving Crowley time to think, he could drink his last bottle and kill him right away but decides against it. As his body weakens so does his ability to fight off the akuma virus trying to infect him every time he ingests it. Jasdebi is interested in what he is thinking and again each is repelled by their blows but by now Crowley is visibly showing signs of infection and it stuns him. This gives Jasdebi the chance to snatch him up and send him flying straight up towards the bookshelves. Crowley catches a ledge and hangs thinking to himself that the time has come to drink the last bottle but Jasdebi calls him at his game, pointing out quickly that he only has one left. Before he knows it the bottle in Crowley's uniform flies out tangled in an independent patch of Jasdebi's hair. Crowley realizes that before when he was warding off the attacks, Jasdebi's hair must have been probing around his clothes. The Exorcist smacks the bottle free and it plunges towards the ground. Both enemies desperately dive for it. At the bottom..one emerges victorious.

The bottle has been caught..but it is not by Crowley. On his feet, Jasdebi quickly smashes Crowley under toe, the bottle held casually in his hand. Pitifully, Crowley watches as Jasdebi pops the bottle open and begins to chug it. Once empty the bottle drops to the floor next to a listless Crowley, while Jasdebi gags from the taste. Jasdebi removes his foot, wondering if he is already dead..but Crowley throws a weak punch at him, which is lightly avoided. Jasdebi declares that the fight is over but Crowley says he can still keep the Noah from leaving the room. Jasdebi tells him to keep dreaming, smashing his head down again. The exit begins to shudder and Jasdebi realizes time is short. He snatches up the exorcist and imagines just the thing to keep him from getting in his way. An Iron Maiden coffin. Jasdebi says he intends to make the blood flow out of him this way. He flings Crowley in and it snaps shut on him..a button flying off his uniform. Jasdebi laughs but is mildly surprised by Crowley's attempt to free himself of the coffin. His efforts are in vain as it snaps shut again and this time his arm hangs limply outside the trap. Jasdebi walks lightly towards the exit.

Jasdebi walks off, confident with the battle but not before the floor cracks underneath him. The room is piecing off. Back at the coffin a familiar set of torn stockings stands before the coffin and tells him that she is ashamed of his situation. Stunned, Crowley's consciousness realizes he is talking to Eliade and he asks if she is there to fetch him. She tells him she is not meant for heaven and she cannot follow him if he should go. Besides his true intention is to follow the others. Crowley thinks back to the acceptance the exorcists gave him, the first to see him not as a monster but as a comrade. She reminds him that his biggest fear was to be alone and should he die now he would end up just like that. She tells him not to give up and continue on. He says he loves her still, and that he will go on. Outside the coffin there is a great torrent of blood rushing straight out of it. Jasdebi makes it to the door and wonder is Allen got away of if Tiki got him yet, he is too worried about the debts to notice what is going on behind him. In an instant he is snatched up again and pulled away from the door. Stunned, Jasdebi watches as the blood materializes into the form of Crowley, pinning him to the ground. Looking back he sees that the real Crowley is still inside the coffin and realizes that he must have used his innocence to escape his own body! Crowley stabs inside Jasdebi, saying he will take back the akuma blood. It travels up into the bloody form of Crowley, painfully sucked out of the Noah's body. Flinging him off and very excited, Jasdebi stands.

Chapter 109

Crowley's consciousness awakens within the bloody demon-like form. He realizes that he is moving this form with his willpower and he can feel nothing, not his breath or pain. Jasdebi watches as the form is newly empowered by the akuma blood. He remembers the words of the Earl, saying not to underestimate innocence. Jasdebi agrees that the exorcists are truly demons and so he will have to tear him up to pieces. The assault begins but he can't land a single solid blow. Cutting Crowley in half only produces two of them that both attack him in return! Punching him only leaves him vulnerable and Crowley takes the chance to fling him easily. Jasdebi lands but very uneasy for he realizes he feels strange suddenly. Touching his face he can feel the innocence traveling through him, infecting and shriveling him as it goes. It does not stop him from trying to attack, and concentrating all his power to his one good arm he strikes at Crowley. The two powerful opponents meet in the middle unleashing a huge blast. Back on land Miranda feels a surge pass painfully through her and she cries out desperately. Meanwhile at the exit Jasdebi limps forth and sits, too tired to keep together he separates into Jasdero and Devit. The fall back disappearing into the exit. Crowley's form walks back to the coffin releasing and re-entering his true body. The battered Crowley awakes on the floor, the pain returning to him..satisfied that the others are safe he closes his eyes.

Chapter 110

The exorcists are climbing up a seemingly endless staircase. Allen is at the front helping Linali along behind him. He asks if she is ok and she remarks that he is making it easy for her, pulling like he does. Rabi teases saying Komui will kill him and that he wants to help too. Linali loses focus remembering what Allen told her, trying to get a grip on herself..she stops suddenly downcast. She confesses that it troubles her that everyone else is so much stronger while she, feeling guilty, can't even control her innocence. She says she is scared and has been thinking terrible things. Before her returns the vision of all the exorcists lying about..dead. She tries to snap herself out of it, to fight the darkness off by believing. She finds herself talking out loud. The others begin to worry that she really is tired. They start to make a fuss, but Linali says she is only worried about returning to base and doing more training. Rabi says he will sleep, he asks Allen what he will do. Allen says he will eat..every single thing Jerry can make! Behind them Chaoji laughs..he is taken by surprise that almost divine humans such as exorcists would talk about such mundane things. He shakes with uncertainty and fear. Allen reassures him that they will be ok. Lero says not to be so calm because they are not nearly through. Allen says he will be ok because he has hope. Rabi marvels at him and wonders what Allen is hiding behind his exterior as he watches him climb up the end of the stairs and into the light. Not a step beyond the door a joyful voice cries out his name and Allen finds himself the victim of a flying glomp by none other than Rodo. In the moment of surprise she takes the chance to steal his first kiss, clinging tightly, much to the shock of everyone else. Lero quickly flies in, panicked at the scene, screaming that she should not go around kissing exorcists. Beyond the door, Tiki sits at a lavish table, both annoyed and surprised by Rodo's actions. Meanwhile Rabi tries to snap Allen out of his stupor. Rodo runs joyfully back to Tiki's side happily chanting that Allen is alive just as she said. Tiki resumes his dinner, telling the exorcists to sit down too and eat. Allen refuses saying he will eat on is own time, but Tiki reminds him that there is not much time left. Rodo tells them to look outside and the group realizes that everything else has been destroyed BUT the tower they are in. The door to the tower snaps shut, Rodo locking it and telling them once more to sit, to which Tiki repeats unless they were too scared to. Allen defiantly sits down.

Tiki begins the conversation, saying he merely wants to talk. Allen is very uneasy but Tiki tells him to relax. Rodo sneaks up to Allen's side, embracing him and nudging him that everything will be ok because she has prepared a door for them on the top floor. On the other side of the table Linali sits nervously, thinking about Crowley and Kanda. Rabi tries to calm her. Allen turns his attention to Tiki asking what the discussion is about, throwing in the fact he was not sure if he was talking to Lord Tiki or the vagabond Tiki. Tiki tells him not to judge too quickly since it was, after all, an exorcist that made a Noah strip once at cards. He asks if it was fate, Allen says not really and brings the topic back to his innocence. The gleam returns to Tiki's eyes as he admits interest in it after all and reveals to the others about what happened on their last encounter. Rabi realizes that not only was Linali saved by her innocence, but also Allen. So Linali having the heart might not be definite, as he knows the one who has the heart is an exception, there can't be two exceptions, so what was the true meaning of their miracles? Rodo turns an inquisitive eye to the bookman and he almost swears as if he heard her voice in his head as she tells him to hush. Impatient, Tiki tells Rodo to let go of Allen. She, however squeezes him tighter and declares her love for him to which Tiki reminds that nothing good ever came between the love of a Noah and Exorcist. The card Sir Rolon reminds everyone of the Earl's extermination plans and Tiki agrees that he is definitely for it. Allen loses his patience when a Tease hovers too close to Linali. Killing it with a hand, he warns Tiki that if any harm befalls his friends, he will kill him. Tiki smirks and before anyone knows it, Allen is racing down the long table ready to attack. Tiki tells Allen it's nothing personal, as he prepares to release his Tease, Rabi makes to get up but Rodo floats before him on Lero and warns him not to get in the way of Tiki's interest in Allen. Instead, she ominously asks him to play with her. Allen and Tiki clash....the fight has begun!

Allen's advance is repelled by Tiki, who asks him if this is what Allen has always wished for..to at last kill each other. Allen replies that he simply wishes they could play cards, in a time where the Tiki he knew was humane and carefree..no one dying. At the other side Linali and Chaoji are encased in a floating die, by Rodo, separated from the rest. She asks Rabi to play again. He makes a deal with her on account on if he wins they will be let go, to which she agrees. Suddenly she is warping them to their own private room. Rodo appears through the floor and tells him all he has to do is make it out of the room and he will win. In the banquet hall, Tiki had unleashed a torrent of Tease, while Allen fends them off with his Clown Crown belt. In the clash he notices Rabi is missing, from a sharp light filling the room, Tiki notices it too and regrets that Rodo is his opponent, for his sake. He turns his attention back to Allen who swipes at him only to miss and find Tiki stepping lightly into the air. Tiki explains to a surprised Allen that he can choose anything he wants to touch..anything..including air. Allen makes up for the height by launching himself with his claws up to a chandelier where he hangs ready to attack. This amuses Tiki, who releases more Tease and rushes up to meet him. Allen strikes down all the Tease as Tiki crashes into him, the two tumbling from the air. A helpless Linali and Chaoji can only watch while in the other dimension, Rabi sighs.

The battle heats up. Allen has grasped the Earl and he counters with a dark ball of energy. Grabbing Lero, the Earl turns him into a sword crashing down on Allen. The two stare at each other, Allen's arm against the Earl's sword and the Earl remarks that Allen looks like the Pierrot that chases after Auginiste (?)..the two explode and Allen lands next to Rabi who doesn't immediately recognize him in that new form. Kanda immediately attacks him but in their confusion they realize all their opponents have disappeared! Kanda and Allen could care less as they threaten each other. Meanwhile the Earl is dragging Skin and Tiki out of the battle and he informs Tiki that Allen is still alive..complete with left arm to which Tiki is both surprised and embarrassed at his failure. Rodo sees the group and jumps down from a balcony to meet them. Elsewhere, Jasdavi appear where Cross should have been but he is long gone yet again. The exorcists are regrouping and for the first time in a long time Linali sees Allen again. He apologizes, but Linali assures him that he need not be guilty about Suman and they are both glad he is back..but their reunion takes a dark turn as Linali suddenly disappears into the ground..sucked under by an unknown force!

Chapter 90

Linali is swallowed and Allen quickly jumps in after her..Rabi jumping in after Allen followed by Chaozi, Kanda and Crowley. Left behind are Miranda, Mari, Bookman, Theodore and others. The sky turns into broken puzzle pieces with a block-like object floating among it. Bookman says it is Noah's Ark. Inside the exorcists all land in a heap. They have also landed on Lero and Allen quickly grabs him along with Kanda's threatening Mugen. They ask for the exit out of there but Lero says there is none. They have landed in the old Ark meant to be destroyed along with them. The Earl's presence appears out of Lero and tells them they only have 3 hours left to live as the downloaded Ark slowly dissapears. Outside, Mari hears the march of 20 or 30 of the giant Akuma, the radio communication with the exorcists has been cut off but Theodore releases something that flies off. Back in side the Ark the exorcists are busting everything apart looking for a way out. Lero tells them there is no way out! But a voice says "There is" and a hand with a key reaches down beside Allen.

Chapter 91

Outside Miranda is struggling to keep time slowed, she regrets she did not use "Recovery" on her comrades because now any injuries they receive cannot be reversed and the ability she is using now only takes away previous injuries. Inside the Ark we find a White Tiki kneeling beside Allen. Allen, Rabi and Crowley immediately recognize him as the Thick Glasses Guy from the train. Kanda warns them not to get too close. Tiki pets Allen's head then quickly head-butts him for surviving. Allen doesn't understand what he is talking about until Tiki transforms. He shows Allen the key again and says he will give them the chance to get to the exit using Rodo's ability to make exits through space. The place is crumbling around them and a building lands on Tiki, Kanda catches the key. Tiki's voice says that the door is in the highest tower and the game it to get there before everything is destroyed. He calmly walks out from the fallen building, unharmed. The exorcists scramble as buildings fall. They all decide on taking Tiki's challenge and they enter the first door they see. It leads to another odd looking realm. Kands turns and senses a presence. It's Skin Boric. Kanda tells the others to go on ahead. He will stay back to fight the Noah..not for them but because he has been tailing Team Theodore for a long time now and he's gonna take him out.

Chapter 92

110 minutes remain. Lero informs the group that the room they are in is only a part of the ark that has not been downloaded yet and that when it is it will also dissapear. Allen tells kanda that he will stay behind with him but Kanda, as usual, threatens him. He beats the crap out of them to make his point..but before he goes Linali makes him promise that he'll return to them. He does. Skin is growing impatient and his body transforms into a huge being of energy. Kanda starts to face off against Skin. Chaozi tells the exorcists that he has found another entrance. Allen tells Kanda that if he doesn't return he will kick his ass. They use the key and disappear behind the door marked "NOA"..the battle has begun. Skin tells Kanda that he has been tailing them for some time trying to decide who he should take down first..but now he has decided to start with Kanda. They introduce each other, then Skin asks Kanda if he likes sweets..Kands says he hates them.

Chapter 93

Tiki and Rodo are in a room. Tiki is flipping around Allen's button wondering if the Earl is mad at them. Rodo says he couldn't possibly be mad at them because they are the sacrificial lambs that the Earl will be offering to God soon. Meanwhile Kanda and Skin begin the fight. Kanda's speediness helps him land a few blows on Skin's massive body but his Nigen technique is nowhere near enough to defeat him. Skin simply shakes it off. Kanda tries a new technique called Three Illusions where the sword gives the user more power in exchange for their life force. Skin warms him that every time Kanda strikes him, he will be filled with Skin's overflowing energy. Skin says he rules over rage and that his body is full of millions of volts. Kanda ignores him and they continue..Skin warning him that the more he uses up his life to defend himself..the close he is to death!

Chapter 94

Skin is confident in his powers..but Kanda tells him that as strong as the Noah is..he lets his guard down too often. To prove it he lands a few severe blows on him. But Kanda has come into contact with him too much and his hands are starting to take their toll. Kanda worries that being in Sangenshiki mode will make it very hard for him to heal himself when he is injured by Skin. But Kanda has hit Skin too many times and each time Skin's energy has collected inside him. In a painful moment, chains burst forth from Kanda's body connecting him to Skin! Skin flings the exorcist around delivering volts of electricity straight to his body. Kanda attempts to cut the chains with Mugen but does not have the leverage. Skin is impressed by his opponents determination. The room, meanwhile continues to rumble as it begins to fall apart.

Chapter 95

Kanda is still linked to Skin and the entrance to the room has been destroyed. Skin wonders who will make it to the exit now that it is the only thing left in the room. Kanda says he will make it. Skin delivers more punishment on Kanda and grabs him by the throat. The symbol on Kanda's chest begins to glow and Skin threatens to burn his head off. With a massive burst of energy he does just that but they both fall back. Kanda is severely injured and his hand releases the Mugen. Just the same Skin's body is melting suddenly as it seems that Kanda somehow transferred part of his innocence by melting his Mugen with Skin's energy. Kanda stands before the fallen Skin telling him that so long as he is human he can be destroyed and that the immortality of the Noahs is a big joke. He walks away leaving the stunned and broken skin.

Chapter 96

Kanda walks away from Skin, towards the exit..Skin sits stunned and melting..the cross in the center of his forehead cuts bigger into him the words "don't forgive the innocence" run through his head and he enters a flashback. Three years ago, a younger Skin approaches a priest in New Orleans. He mentions the name Noah and the priest is confused asking him if he is talking about the biblical Noah. Skin says that his body has been going through changes recently and that he is going through great pain. He takes off his bandage and reveals the crosses on his forehead. The priest gasps and says it's a holy mark. He takes the man in and cares for him but Skin suffered nightmares of the end of the world and fits of pain the entire time as he turned into a Noah. Chewing his nails bloody one day he is visited by the Earl and Rodo. She recognizes the symptoms of pain and tries to console him with candy. The Earl says that he is one of 13 children created by God, an apostle carrying Noah's genes and that his suffering was now over. Sometime later Skin has turned into the noah we all know now and he looks in the mirror..he sees another persona telling him not to forgive it..perhaps meaning the innocence. Back in present day Kanda nears the exit abut collapses as he nears it. His wounds are more grave than he thought and using up his life force is making it hard to stay conscious. Behind him a great light shines and Kanda knows it's Skin..still alive, he turns to face skin..but can his corroded Mugen still take the attack?

Neat! Well Episode 2 had almost no changes. The only thing lacking, I realize, is Jean's story. Totally skipped over, I was sad. I thought his story would have been very important..what with showing Allen's past and all but I suppose they didn't want to go into it for the anime..trying to keep it a secret maybe? I wonder when they will go into it then..the opening and ending credits very clearly show a young Allen with Mana, so they gotta go into it at some point. I guess they wanted Allen on track and at HQ as quick as possible. So we have the whole speel with him and Kanda..I liked how you could see the rivalry right off the bat..Kanda seems a little bit less of a bastard but his voice is lovely and he still shows his stiff irritability, it was nice. Hebraska had a nice voice..just as I imagined it..ethereal. Linali's voice was a typical sweet shoujo voice..nothing special there. I was very pleased with Komui's voice he is the same nutter I pictured him to be hehehe. So far everything in this episode mirrored the manga well. I was very surprised that they made Cross's uniform black and yellow..it was kinda neat, I was so used to everything being black and white on their uniforms that it made it stand out as a general's outfit..interesting. His voice was just as I pictured it too. Well it looks like next episode will feature Lala's story..they are moving very fast..I bet they will jump right in to the rewinding town and miranda's story real quick..I can't WAIT to hear Rodo's voice!!!

Review on Episode 1..well..it was okay I guess. The thing about Dgure is that it is not action based like most shounen manga and the first episode tries it's best to explain things in the DGM world. I watched this with my boyfriend..mind you he read the first few chapter of the manga, he was way more critical than I was. I liked it..but he thought the pacing was too slow.

Only a few things irked me..one big one was the Earl's voice. It sounded old and typical of a villain..to me the Earl should have been voiced in an atypical fashion. I almost imagined him to be sort of like "HIM" from the powerpuff girls only less cheesy..you know, fluffy and happy one moment, then scary and creepy the next. Somehow his grandpa-sounding voice doesn't embody all the heart marks in the manga..so I was very disappointed with that.

As for Allen's voice it seemed like your typical young boy voice..done by a girl, sweet and inpersonable.

Besides that I only had a few irks with the colorings..Moa's hair being brown instead of blond, Rodo's shirt being pink instead of peach or white, her socks purple instead of classic black and white..I dunno she clashed horribly in my opinion..I doubt Hoshino-sensei meant for her to look like a girly clown.

The only scene change that killed me was the scene with Claire's (they call her Crea now) death. In the manga she was a nun and she gets killed by a Cross impaling her from above..but in the anime they changed it to a wedding scene as you will soon see for yourself. And she dies when a chandelier crushes her. In the anime she also notices the thing falling and pushes Mark out of the way, saving his life. Why does this bother me? Well in my opinion..the manga meant for the entire scene to turn the values of "faith" into tragic irony. Crosses, nuns, priests..they all embody faith in a western religious point of view. Marriage embodies love, eternity, and commitment..it hardly captures the virtue of faith. To have a cross impale a poor unsuspecting nun portrays the shameless and cruel destruction of faith! To have a chandelier fall on a bride that pushes her groom out of the way is not only typical and cheesy but it doesn't make the same point. I dunno, I thought that scene change was lame and unecessary..perhaps they were catering to western point of views as I am sure when the anime crosses over to the states..someone would have had a major COW with that scene should it have remained untouched..hmph.

Also a very minor disappointment was the scene with Crea's Akuma entering Mark's body. I was so excited to see that part animated..I thought for sure the anime would make it even creepier than the manga..you know with jerky movements and sounds FX. But..no..they simply watered it down to a shadow of the akuma putting on his skin..bah. It only goes to show that this anime is geared towards a younger audience..I had only hoped they would have treated it with the same respect they did FMA..but no, I guess a 6pm timeslot on TV tokyo means the kiddies are still watching and therefore can't have anything original and gruesome..oh well.

Oh well other than that everything else seemed pretty true to the manga..some dialog was even left unchanged. The opening theme is catchy..typical shonen but still not bad at all. The animation is nice and it was neat how hard they try to incorporate color into the anime when the manga seems to suite Black and White so naturally. The ending theme is a little annoying but it's not too terrible. Well give it a try..got opinions of your own? Give me a piece of your mind hehehe

Kanda and his team have arrived. Mari's super ability ti hear tells them that the exorcists are still alive but barely! Theodore tells them to go help them. A modified Akuma has helped to guide them to the spot..sadly he self destructs as he reaches his own limit. Back at the giant akuma, the exorcists are pretty beat up. Linali tends to a fallen Miranda, but not for long as Tiki takes her hostage. A finder tries bravely to fend Tiki off but the noah sends his Tease to eat him. Kanda makes it just in time to save the finder with an incredible attack and begins to advance on Tiki with the help of Rabi. Meanwhile Mari is holding the giant akuma from attacking by using his threads. Apparently they poison the Akuma. Kanda takes his chance to split part of the akuma in half with his mugen. The Earl takes the chance to lift himself away to safety while building an attack of his own!

The Earls lets out a huge blast that levels most of the scenery. The exorcists survive due to Miranda stopping time but she says there are casualties. Meanwhile as Rabi and Kanda regain consciousness they look for Linali only to find a large crystal in her place. She calls out to the them and the Earl hears it. Theodore sees the Earl's intentions and warns Mari..who tells Kanda and Rabi to protect Linali. Tiki attemtps to reach Linali while Kanda intercepts. Skin Boric bears down on Rabi in the meantime. However as the exorcists tangle with the Noah the Earl lands beside her crystal and launches his own attack. Inside the crystal Linali is being savagely bitten by demon-like beings gripping her everywhere. The Earl's face looms menacingly inches away from hers only to be stopped by..ALLEN!? That's right Allen and the Earl meet again!

Haven't been around in a while..but I have been keeping up with the newest chapters. I will give a summary of each untill I'm caught up. If you are looking for the chapters they are available from Timcanpi now up to chapter 85! So, it's very current. I will upload the chapters here too as a back up more than anything..anyhow I trust their translations more than anyone else.

Chapter 78

This chapter starts off with Tiki, David, Jasdero and Skin returning to Mitsuboshi. The Earl is waiting for them and we find out that they are standing before "the Ark", the original birthplace of mankind after Noah escaped the great flood. This place is being used to manufacture the Akuma now, but it looks like the Earl and the Noahs are moving house soon! Meanwhile, Chomesuke is having a hard time dealing with the Earl's orders in her head. The Exorcists find out the Earl himself is in Edo, and he is still calling all the Akuma to him. His plan is for them to join as one and attack the Generals, with the Earl himself very interested in finding Cross. Meanwhile Tiki sends an Akuma to China to find "the devil". Allen is still trying to get his innocence back at the asian HQ when his eye reacts unexpectedly!

The Earl is giving his commands to the Akuma but suddenly he is attacked! A great snake swallows him and we find the exorcists ready to fight him just in time. The Exorcists have penetrated the Earl's place with the help of Chomesuke and the ensuing battle excites Tiki. He heads down to confront the group, primarily Eyepatch-kun. Rabi recognizes Tiki from the memories extracted from Timcanpi and decides to face off against him by himself. Tiki notices the anger in Rabi and says that he understands how he must feel, losing a close friend because he has friends too..but he reassures the exorcists that Allen is alive..now if only they can stay alive long enough to see him return. Meanwhile, the Akuma sent to the Asia branch has just arrived!

Back at the Asia branch Allen is being beaten up by Fou for not paying attention and fighting with everything he's got. Allen finally snaps and goes off to rest on his own, his mind still troubled with doubts about his innocence returning. Lou fa decides to show up and give Allen some light and a little pep talk; the tension builds between them untill we find out it's not really Lou Fa next to him. The real Lou Fa is behind the pair freaking out as her doppleganger flirts with Allen. It's really Fou sitting next to him, she has the ability to shape shift, and she quickly dismisses the entire meeting saying she's still mad at Allen. Allen knows better but before he can thank her properly Fou stops in her tracks. The Akuma has infiltrated the Asia Branch straight through Fou, who happens to be the "entrance", using Noah's ark! He's come to pick Allen up.

It's a level 3 Akuma! Everyone is stunned and wondering how he broke through the barrier so easily, let alone knowing that Allen was hiding there. Allen sees the Tease held by the Akuma and remembers Tiki. The Akuma wastes no time quickly shooting a thread through Allen's heart. The thread breaks apart anything it touches into molecules and the Akuma intends to bring Allen back to Tiki as just that. Meanwhile Fou is still desperately calling out to Bak. He shows up in time to call forth the power of the guardian diety, and with his blood oath Fou cuts the thread. Meanwhile Allen is passed out and almost see-through in paleness. They escape with him, holding the Akuma back temporarily, but he is so fragile from being broken down that they must be careful not to jostle him too much or he might literally break. Bak's plan for holding the akuma back is with a physical barrier door and a decoy. Fou takes Allen's form and heads back to the Akuma ready to die in his stead. She says goodbye and heads in quickly, meanwhile Allen is furious with Bak and demands that he let him go face the Akuma himself; but Bak says he can't open the door. Determined, Allen swears he'll make it in.

Bak tries to talk sense into Allen. Allen blackmails him and says he'd tell Komui about how he stalks Linali. All sillyness aside Allen explains that his reasons for going in there are not only to rescue Fou but because seeing the Akuma stirred something inside him. He tells Bak he is ready to fight, that he lives only to fight the Akuma. Reluctantly, Bak gives up the seal on the door and lets him through. On the other side the Akuma has beaten Fou up really bad, thinking she is still Allen. He shoots the thread through her skull ready to break her down but just then Allen comes crashing down on him just in time!

Fou reverts to her true form as Allen explains his reason for being there. The Akuma challenges Allen, but the exorcist can see the tortured soul inside the level 3. Allen promises the soul that he will give it peace, as the Akuma reminds him that the dark matter is still breaking him down bit by bit. The two begin to face off as Bak rushes to Fou's side. Slowly Allen's body begins to break as the Akuma beats him down. Bak tries his best to protect Allen with a barrier. The Akuma retaliates by throwing a thread through his heart and another through Fou's temple. Meanwhile in Allen's subconscious he reevaluates why he became an exorcist and how his priorities had changed as he went. He realized in the beginning he lived for the sake of bringing akuma peace but his fellow exorcists had become so dear to him that he lost sight of his original goal. With his priorites straight he returns more powerful than ever. A new innocence emerges and it bends the Akumas thread away from Bak and Fou!

In anger the Akuma tries in vain to reach Bak and Fou with his attacks but Allen's new innocence is protecting them, shielding them from all his attempts. The innocence merges to Allen's outstretched right hand and it solidifies and morphs. His left arm also emrges and with one swoop of his new hand he breaks the Akuma apart to peices.

Allen interrogates the remaining peices of the Akuma. He asks who sent him. The Akuma tells him Tiki sent him and that he is waiting for him in Edo along with his friends and the Earl. Allen thanks the Akuma and destroys it. The battle is over. Some time later, things have calmed and Allen gets the ok from the medics as he reports to Bak. Bak analyzes the changes Allen has gone through and how his innocence has finally stabilized into it's true form, named Crowned Clown. Bak recieves a phonecall but Allen already knows who it is and he says that no matter what he will board the Ark just as the akuma had instructed him to do. Allen goes to visit Fou. She is in her gaurdian room resting. Allen bids her farewell.

There is an extra little side story after the chapter, about how exorcists never get a holiday off, starring Kanda. Back at the BRO, Kanda only wants to enjoy some Soba, but Allen greets him at the kitchen in an apron and explains how he is working there part-time to pay off more of Cross' debts. Kanda wants his noodles re-made but Allen refuses and makes fun of his hair. The two rumble, and in the end both end up working together in the kitchen untill they have repaid all the damage they caused. Cute!

Back in Edo the Excorcists are facing off against an extremely large Akuma, the culmination of all the akuma combining into one. Tiki and Rabi continue to battle, and though Tiki is strong, Rabi has figured out that perhaps the Noahs are weak against innocence too. He sets up a barrier around him nullifing Tiki's ability to pass through objects. Meanwhile Miranda is fighting off the beast by slowing down time temporarily to stop the effects of the destruction. Linali offers to get to the Akuma by using her boots but Bookman tells her she needs to rest. Chomesuke realizes that the only way for the exorcists to get close enough, fast enough, is for her to carry them. She says soon she will revert to her blood thirsty ways as the Earls' power is too strong. She tells them she only has a little time left as Cross programmed a self destruction mode should she ever be possessed by the Earl again. As her last deed she reverts back to her non-human form and carries them up to the giant attacking Akuma. Meanwhile the Earl wants Jasdavi to go find Cross, he thinks the exorcists attacked because of him. Jasdavi want to know why they can't just escape in the new Ark and the Earl explains that info from the old ark must be downloaded to the new one before it can be activated. Skin explains that only the Earl and the First Child, Rodo can control the Ark. The Earl tells them how a long time ago the Ark in Edo was controlled by a Noah that betrayed him. The Noah was killed but before he died he passed the ability on to someone else. Since then the original ark has not worked and so the Earl made the new one. Now, everyone related to that traitor Noah has been targeted by Tiki. The Earl wants them to check up on Cross because he thinks that the ability to control the ark was passed on to him. Back at the Asia branch Bak gives Allen a communicator earring so that he can talk to Komui. Komui tells him that the ark looks dangerous but Allen does not back down. Lou Fa and the others give Allen the pack of cards he always carried with him. He enters the Ark and ends up somewhere tropical looking with lots of white buildings. Meanwhile, Komui is coaching him..in Edo..Kanda and his unit appear!

WHEW..my thoughts on chapter 86? Well it's good to see that Kanda is back. With so much time gone by I am wondering just how powerful he is now! As for the traitorous Noah I believe it's Mana, and that like Tiki he loved humans..enough to adopt one even! But other than that I wonder what other Noahs we'll meet after this battle and what Kanda has to offer now. Will the Earl escape? With Jasdavi find Cross before the exorcists? How will Rabi fare against Tiki in the end? Will Allen meet up with the group in time? I can't wait *_*

In Japan Finally! Chapter 77

Finally it looks like we head into Japan and what a treat we get in this chapter! We meet the Noahs again. This time we find out the name of the big burly sweet toothed Noah, it's Skin Boric. We also meet two new crazy Noah twins named David and Jasdero (who don't look at all alike) and who seem to annoy Tiki very much. It looks like the Earl and Rodo are back in Japan and have accomplished making some "box" and the Earl is calling all the Akuma and Noahs to assemble. Tiki finds out Allen is still alive and is very perturbed by it. David and Jasdero are assigned to killing Cross and have failed 3 times, meanwhile Skin is assigned to kill a general wearing glasses. All this info is thanks to chomesuke who has taken on a human disguise and recieves the transmission from the Earl calling all the Akuma to him. We also make the grizzly discovery that Akuma eat each other to gain strength when there are no humans to attack..wow..it's getting interesting.

BUT Hoshino-sensei is back with a new chapter! 76 is out and what happens in this chapter is Miranda basically can't hold out anymore. The AKUMA that's helping them can't make it to Edo fast enough. Anita and the rest of the crew know they are doomed so they throw a big party as they let the exorcists escape on a boat. Miranda releases her hold of time and the ship is destroyed. It was a very sad chapter..Anita never got to see Cross again and everyone knew they were gonna die, Miranda was just shattered with exhaust and fatigue..man, I liked Anita and Mahoja..too bad. :( Looks like next week they are landing in Japan finally! I am hoping we get to visit with the Noahs once again ^_^

Har har ok it's been a while @_@ still no new chapters to blog about from Hoshino-sensei. I did forget to mention a few months back that I did go to Katsucon..if anyone is interested, Lionel took some amazing shots of the group I was a part of. It was really fun but I only got to go for one day sadly. I was the Tiki in the pictures (Yes I know I'm not photogenic :p)
